Took over 2 weeks to get.pcm was programmed wrong.shift points to the transmission were incorrect and would rev high rpms just going 30mph.i didn't have any of those issues before.they made me scan the pcm and send in all the trouble codes on the rma forms.then was told they would send me another PCM and i could sent the other one back when i get the new one. Waited 1 week with no email that they have shipped another.called back and was told i need to send the other pcm back first after i asked the guy 3 TIMES if i was supposed to send it back first but was told i didn't have to until i received the replacement. Which wasted more time for me to get another pcm.😡..Sent back for replacement and the received it back in 3days.4 more days go by and i call again and they tell me they are still testing another one.i told her how upset i was with all this and they should have had another PCM already to be shipped out because they knew i was shipping the old one back. Now more waiting and how long do they think people can wait for them to send a plug and play PCM so they can drive their vehicle.its been over a month with my vehicle out of commission because of all this.then i get an email that i was refunded.i didn't ask for a refund i need the PCM. Called back again the next day and was told she refunded me because i was upset and cancelled my order for another PCM to be sent to me. WTH. I sort of wish now I should have just went to Dodge and got them to do the work instead of going through all of this. And pay the price.DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ALSO THEY MAKE YOU SIGN THEIR WARRANTY FORM WHICH STATES THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE FROM THE PCM.
