We ordered a processor that cost nearly £200, it came damaged with a pin missing, then we were told they would not refund, replace or repair the part because of their small print that damages have to be reported within 48 hrs of delivery. Our advice to you is beware of this company! DO NOT USE THEM! They are unprofessional with one of the worst customer service departments I've ever been in touch with, they fall back on terms and conditions that are heavily stacked against you. If anything is not right you will lose your money.

Tip for consumers:
BEWARE of this company! LOOK at the terms and conditions, they are heavily stacked against you if anything is delivered damaged. You WILL lose your money if every detail on the T&Cs are not kept. For example reporting damages within 48 HRS which is not clear when you purchase. The customer service is also terrible too. They are like robots just reading their stacked terms and conditions designed to get away with robbing you of your money.
