I purchased 2 Tuxedos for weddings for my Son and Daughter this year. I only received one of the suits, attempted to contact the company through email and phone, they refuse to accept inbound calls and only respond to emails after 48 hours. After several back forth emails over several weeks, they refused to send the missing suit! Leaving me to find another company to purchase from while working with my credit card company to attempt to recoup the money spent on something they refuse to send.
