Don't bother with this store, use your money elsewhere. Took over 2 months for them to process my order and during this time I noticed the top I ordered became out of stock. Emailed multiple time and told just to keep waiting for them to process. I'm sorry but >2 months is just appalling. I used store credit for it and when they finally emailed and said they'd offer a refund, they went back on their word and said they can only provide back store credit. Horrible and greedy service, now forced to still buy something from their store with the credit yet anytime I see something I like there's no stock. And what's the point when I'll probably need to wait another couple more months for them to get their s*** together? Definitely don't buy if you need something for an event

We didn't realize right away that it was out of stock due to the backlog we've experienced. We try our best to maintain 100% accuracy within our inventory, however, there are rare occasions that we experience an inventory error.
We’re also sorry for the confusion with the refund process, all refunds go back to the original payment used on the purchase.
