Good product but the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced for an online purchase. My complaint stems from an issue with my order which I addressed in a straightforward, direct, detailed manner to customer service at RPF. I did receive a timely phone call from someone at Revolution which took an ugly turn early on in the conversation. The person that I spoke with did not seem to have a grasp or the ability to interact with a client in a professional manner. Buy fabrics from our company again."
I suppose I will chalk this experience up to a novice being placed in a vital role that lacks the maturity, professional experience or knowledge of what it takes to interact with clients
