“Avoid at all costs”

A basic principle of business is to underpromise and over deliver. If promises are not kept then the business is not trustworthy, and this company is not. I placed an order well within the time they specified for same day delivery, only to be notified that they would not be delivering that day, for no reason that was specified. This is unacceptable since the majority of hospital stays are now only one night, and a delayed delivery is no delivery at all. This company falls into the "worse than useless" category because they actually kept me from being able to do what I wanted to do, which was to send flowers to a sick loved one.

Tip for consumers:
Do not. Find a local florist, or anyone at all that actually gives a hoot about their customers.

Products used:
None. Even though the flowers were supposed to be right there in the hospital, they couldn't simply take them upstairs to her room.
