I booked parking for a 7 day trip. The advertised cost was $10.95/day. At checkout with my 10$ promo code it should have cost $67. It said total 94$ without any explanation but after contemplating I ended up completing the checkout anyway because we really needed to book parking. Anyway, when I received my confirmation receipt it stated an additional 28$ taxes and fees and 133$ ( minus 10 for promo code 123) For a total of 151$ WHAT! I immediately attempted to get a refund to start the process over yet customer service first attempted to blame me saying that the price could have changed because they fluctuate. They also didn't return my message when I asked for a refund rather than a credit as I don't need 151$ worth of parking and the point was that I was overcharged. I purposely chose the cheapest lot and used a coupon to attempt to save $ and was told one price then given another price at checkout and another after paying. THEY STOLE MY $$ and will not reimburse me. Who do I report this to it's not fair! I have photos to prove it all. I will NEVER USE THIER WEBSITE EVER AGAIN. Thieves!

Please understand that Way is an online market place and all information including prices are updated as per the instructions of the concerned lots. If you click on the parking lot's name, it will take you to another page with all the details of that particular lot stating that the prices starts "from" that particular lowest rate. So it can get changed for some days as per the availability and demand of the lot. It's the same for all lots and unfortunately, we are not the ones who decide upon those rates. We always show the breakdown of all the charges included in the transaction before proceeding to final check out. It is up to you to decide whether to proceed with that lot or to choose another one which might be on a lower side. However, we see that this reservation has been refunded from our end and you will be receiving it in 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
