If you read their site or magazine, you are informed that the plants will be in 3.5" by 4" plantable choir pots. I have ordered numerous times from them and received healthy plants. I only had a problem with one plant which I was sent two for free the following Spring. I commented about a particular plant that I purchased and mentioned that mine were not performing as expected and I actually lost one. I made this comment, hoping to get advice on what I can do to increase size and blooms. Bluestone responded to me and said they would send me a replacement in the spring. They were over a year past their warranty and sent me three replacement plants. My experience with them has been great. Most plants received by mail do not arrive in the same manor and size as if you go to your local chain store and purchase plants. I use online companies for varieties that you can't find at local brick and mortar companies. I get plants from two online companies via mail and a couple of local brick and mortar stores that carry typical plants. Yes, the plants are bigger but not always healthier. Most of the time, once I get them home, I spend time cutting the dead, broken, and rotted parts and dead heading the plant.
