Ordered two items in the same size and they are about 2-4 sizes different. Told customer service and let them know I wasn't happy about paying the shipping fee to return the one item. They stalled in responding for 3 days and finally just told me they can't waive the shipping fee and to just return the item. I spoke to two or three different people (Naomi and Aisha). I then claimed the item as faulty, and am still waiting on a response. I don't agree that I should have to pay shipping for returning an item that should have fit based on other items I've ordered in the past, as well as the fact that the item is so drastically smaller (with no stretch whatsoever). Learned my lesson, and to quote the company, I completely understand where they're coming from, but I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.
