I ordered a dress for my daughter for a family members wedding. After two weeks, the dress was still no show. I attempted to contact several times, but only received automated messages. I had to order a last minute replacement somewhere else. When I still did not have the dress in four weeks time! I again kept trying to contact to recieve a refund for a dress I never laid eyes on. Their response was, "We can give you a coupon." I am very upset and had a horrible experience with this company. Money down the drain!
