Being a customer for over 10 years, the recent experience that I had was horrible. It took over 3 weeks to receive my order. There was only one item of the 3 ordered. I was never notified of anything being out of stock. I called customer service and the rep said they would send the other two items. A couple of hours later, I saw a refund in my account. I called customer service AGAIN and was notified that the other two items were out of stock. I will not be ordering from Alloy Apparel again. Not to mention the prices being ridiculous these days.
