ASSISTENZA BANGGOOD. E' la prima volta che scrivo una recensione sul servizio assistenza offerta da un'azienda... (banggood.com) In sintesi: ho spedito un cellulare per la riparazione in garanzia per un problema nella messa a fuoco della fotocamera (cellulare nuovo, usato neanche 6 mesi) dopo 7 mesi, ripeto 7 mesi, a oggi: 15 luglio 2019 dopo decine di mail di sollecito ancora non me l'hanno restituito... perderò telefono e soldi, fate un pò voi. Non acquisterò mai più nulla da questa azienda. Sconsigliatissima e poco seri, al limite della truffa.
