Ordered something for a Christmas gift, received the totally wrong item. Contacted their live chat service to get a replacement and requested speed delivery because I needed to get my item in time for Xmas and was told that I'd need to pay more for express shipping.
Appalls is an understatement. I wasn't the one who made the error so why must I pay for the increase in shipping costs?
Will never shop here again, terrible after care service.
