I bought a tackle bag and it was smaller than I thought it would be. Tried to return it. Took them 3 days to respond to the first email. After 5 emails back and forth they still will not give me an address to ship the item back. Last email told me to take pictures of the item and the original packaging to prove it was in the original condition before they would even give me the address. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. I will never purchase any of their re-labeled ali baba stuff again.
