Disabled, living in the Evansville area.
Visiting Angels took almost a year to arrange a caregiver, then a couple months later
They informed me that they would no longer provide a caregiver unless I agreed to have
The service for at least 15 hours or more a week.
They notified me by mail saying my service would end in 30 days, but then quit sending
My caregiver after two weeks.
They are ONLY interested in making more money, and do not care one bit about their clients.
They are liars, and NOT dedicated to their clients, as they claim. Their services are unreliable and just mediocre when finally provided with a caregivers who are not dependable.
Battery that was shown was a "Sony Infolithium" battery, which is why I paid extra for, but was sent a generic battery that I could have gotten from anywhere else for half the price.
This is known as BAIT AND SWITCH, in fraud cases.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT TRUST THEM!
