When I went to pick up my order it was not ready. The email I had received in the morning said they needed about 4 hours to get it ready. I went 6 hours later thinking it would be done. It was not. I waited for it to be completed, about 45 minutes, after pressing the personnel that I didn't want to come back the next day. When I got home, there was a very nice apology and an apology credit applied to my credit card. That was nice.
