This is THE WORST online retailer around. Its product descriptions and photos are inadequate. If, for instance, you want to know the inseam of a pair of trousers, forget it. They don't know! And returns are impossible. After waiting a month and being put off by its customer service representatives, I finally resorted to filing a dispute with Visa.
Products used:
Nothing fit because they couldn't provide me with inseam information. So I sent everything back
