Home insurance was increased after their inspection. They said I had 4 bedrooms when I only have 3. Called customer service and after holding for 40 minutes they transferred me to, now get this, my agent! I just found out you don't have to wait a year to transfer and my law they have to prorate and return your money. So if you had them for 1 month, they have to repay you for 11 months

Alex Phillips of Canopy Consultants is completely incompetent. If you are a builder or homeowner be sure to inquire if he actually visits the property or has read your plan. He made a recommendation to the City of Pine Lake as their City Arborist and hadn't even visited the site and had just glanced over the plan. When this was brought to his attention he became angered and then added on all of these unnecessary items that are going to cost time and money. Now mind you, this was after the first review that took over a month. Had he done his job we could have at least started on those action items earlier. As you know it's difficult to get contractors so we had to wait an additional month to get someone out the first time, then when he came back with items that he should have asked for earlier, we have to wait another month to get those same contractors back, Waste of time and money. He is arrogant and condescending. Difficult to work with and extremely unprofessional.
