Will increase your premium after "inspection"

Home insurance was increased after their inspection. They said I had 4 bedrooms when I only have 3. Called customer service and after holding for 40 minutes they transferred me to, now get this, my agent! I just found out you don't have to wait a year to transfer and my law they have to prorate and return your money. So if you had them for 1 month, they have to repay you for 11 months
