First time in a Costco. Just wanted to look around. Lady at front door was RUDE because I didn't have a card. Instructed me to exit door to get membership. Gentleman at Exit door RUDE as well. Refused to let me in with the cart I grabbed outside. Thanks for the experience Costco.
