I had some problems with the transaction I authorized in that the cd-key had already been used and Kinguin wanted me to go to their vendor for recourse, rather than through them. I was persistent and didn't have an account with their vendor, and Kinguin eventually refunded my money. I'm not pleased with the transaction as I didn't acquire what I'd purchased, but I'm no longer displeased because my money was refunded.
