I came across these guys when I was in urgent need of some brochures printing. I ordered on their site and gave them a quick call the confirm. Received a proof the next day and the full order the day after. Can't fault the speed or service and the quality was good

I think you get a free printed proof as part of the service, but give them a call after you order and they are more than happy to discuss and offer a printed proof.
It is amazon after all! Very good returns service, the people on live chat (if you can find it) are usually very helpful
