Last May my sewer collapsed due to a rusted out cast iron pipe. This was verified by 2 different contractors. Pivotal assured me, in writing, that I was covered by their home insurance and agreed to pay. After over a year of sending them multiple copies of documentation, and pictures, all the did, and continue to do is stall. This company ripped me off for $6,000 thank you
