It is the worst ever experience for me.
They sent an e-mail that they needed to cancel the order because of difficulty of my paper on the day I should have got the completed order!
They ruin my schedule! They should have at least inform me earlier. I understand that they may not be able to write a paper, but sending the notice after deadline? NOT ACCEPTABLE.
BETTER, they tend not to directly refund the money. They say they will safely keep the money. Does it make sense at all? I contacted them several times, and then they just keep saying that they will refund at some point. Nothing happened until now.
