Calls DO NOT work. Escalating with tech support for several months with no solution. They refuse to issue a refund of what I have left on my account. Every time I call overseas it won't go thru. I have to call customer service and wait 1/2 hour for them to fix it and then it works. The next time I try a day or two later I have to go thru the same process. They say they are trying to fix it but it has been like this for three months. They simply expect me to keep doing this forever.
