I have been sending messages through my account for weeks, all recent messages ignored. I see this site gets a response which is weird.
I cancelled an order and they are refusing to refund my PayPal account.
Please check my order ******* (12th April) and respond.

Hi MG, thank you for your message. I have checked and could see that you have opened a Paypal dispute and that is the reason the refund is not going through. You will need to contact Paypal in regards to this refund.
