Unable to give any stars but had to submit 1 to post review, given a choice it would of been no stars as no customer service has been given. I have also taken into consideration the present climate and have been incredibly patient with waiting for this delivery, but after ordering my wardrobe back in March with 8 cancelled delivery dates and a text today with yet another cancelled date for tomorrow I am finally at breaking point. To top it off they have now rebooked delivery for 24/12/20, not that I expect this to happen as I'm more likely to have 3 wise men turn up on my door step than the delivery from Bensons, and who honestly wants a flat packed wardrobe delivered xmas eve! Don't get me wrong, I'd stick tinsel on it if it turned up. Which it won't. Will try and contact them again tomorrow, not by email as they don't reply, and not through the shop as they can't help either, it'll have to be their wonderful answering service when you press 1, then 2 then another number only to be told they're closed. My daughter who is waiting for this wardrobe will have left home before they actually get round to delivering it, she'll probably have had a couple of kids and got married by then too...
