Initially I thought I would have a great experience finally being able to purchase the bedroom set that I desired, but instead, I have had an increasingly horrible experience fraught with misrepresentations and untruths. I made a $2400+ dollar purchase for 2 pieces of furniture at the beginning of the month, and was provided a shipping date between the 12th and 18th which was fine because we have an event for the first week of May. The shipping date was then changed without notice to April 30. After calling in on the 15th and advising of my time situation and that the delay was presenting a major issue for me, a Supervisor told me that he was able to locate the items in another of their warehouse locations so they would be shipping out to me that same day and I saw where the shipping date was updated in my account to April 15. I went back into my tracking 2 days later to confirm the shipment and the ship date had been changed again, this time to April 26. I have made four calls to 1Stop Bedrooms and no one seems to know what's going on with my furniture or when I would be receiving it - so I'm guessing at this point that maybe I've been scammed as the only info I can get is that "someone" will call me back with an update and no one calls. I will not be using this company again, not will I be recommending it to friends or family!
