The customer service efficiency is very bad. They don't have a direct phone line. You email and they Respond really late. They don't confirm your choices or decisions. They just make a decision for you. Did on the price comparison or adjustment.

Tip for consumers:
I hate the no direct line to contact customer service, and late email replies.P
