I ordered a hoodie from England for delivery in USA, for a family member to bring to me when they visited. I didn't get the hoodie for several weeks after it was delivered to USA address. When I opened the package the print on the front was so blurry, I couldn't focus on it. I have sent two emails without any replies, so I am stuck with a much wanted Christmas present for my daughter (which she desperately wanted, and I could only get from USA) which I cannot give her. $40 in the bin!
Update; I was contacted by customer service and received a refund and the customer service representative was very helpful and quick with replies, seeing as I am based in England. Sad the product wasn't good enough but customer service was very good in the end.
