I just cancelled my VIP membership I had for over a year. I called the company when I moved to change my address. The next month they sent my order to my new address. This month they sent it to my old address. I contacted them through Facebook and by phone. They just said sorry for your troubles and check the website to make sure your address is okay. The new address is clearly marked as the default So disappointing that they wouldn't say we will refund you or give you credit after being a customer for close to two years.
