I ordered two shirts back in December. It showed that one had shipped and the other one had not. The one that showed as to not shipping, I received. I tried tracking the one that shipped and the tracking number gives me nothing. I have contact customer service several times but they keep telling me to wait until two months and if I don't receive it to contact them again. I contacted them again and nothing.

We are sorry things have taken longer than expected.

All of our items have varying shipping times based on the shipping method chosen by the customer during check out.

Nfortunately, for the shipping method you have chosen, there is no international tracking number available. Usually with this service, the shipping time is between 10-25 business days.
We ask that you wait patiently for your order. If you believe that your order has already passed this waiting time, please first check with your local post office and then get in contact with us.
In the meantime we have sent a message to you via a ticket.
