DON'T PAY EXTRA SHIPPING:
I paid extra money for express shipping to ensure that my daughter would receive her items the next business day... it's 2 days later and she still hasn't received. I called CSR who informed me that in order for her to receive next day, order needed to bed placed by certain time. This information was not present to me when ordering. They just said "sorry you are upset"...
My response: sorry that you won't receive any more of my business!
