Booking was made in Feb 2020 and funds paid. Covid came and the reservation was cancelled. Zenhotels "in writing" stated a refund would be paid within 30 days. 18 months later, they still haven't paid. Multiple emails sent and calls made with no response. Its really disappointing as there doesn't appear to be any consumer protection options to escalate this. Do not use Zenhotels
