I would give them zero stars but I can't! Horrible customer service. I ordered a pair of custom socks for my fiancé for our upcoming wedding and they never arrived. When I contacted gift lab they didn't help in anyway. Didn't offer a refund or even to send a new pair.I was also charged two extra charge at checkout that I didn't see until my confirmation email. Don't ever use this company. The least they could do after paying so much for a pair of sock is stand by there product and help out a customer that did everything right and just wanted to surprise her fiancé on his wedding day with a personalized pair of socks
