3 time i booked flight from using same web side, at the page when I was ready to buy ticket I checked the final price and completed the booking then called customer service, they stated no worry your e ticket in under process and your will received e ticket shortly, after 24 hours passed I called again Represetative said I can give you a ticket but you have to pay $ 125 extra, plus company charged my credit card also I complained to the credit card department, FYI: rep. From smart fare said I will get a refund in 2 week, so I searching to buy a ticket again but prices was change after 24 hours, I will never ever buy ticket with this web side. Yusuf
