My husband's account was hacked.The hacker spent $274 on a computer ad then cancelled the order, Wish.com registered the money as "wish cash". When we reported the crime they put a hold on the account and claim they'll refund the money. But months later and still no refund. We attempted to contact MANY times. We finally reported tham as frauds to our bank, but they deflected stating they reimbursed the money with "store credit", but we can't use the wish cash because the account is put on hold!
It's been over 5 months, we still don't have our money back.
