I am a science teacher and I have been uploading my PPT documents in archive to easily access in following years, none of my documents are downloadable-message says owner has set documents to private, yet when I upload new PPts there is no setting or in my account to set these in public. I have been paying $ 9.99 and I have not been able to access or use my archives, wrote several emails with no replies, phone is a message not to leave messages. Absolutely terrible service!
