After providing several times the same requested documents (proof of payment and invoice, which Hebeos anyway had because Hebeos issues these documents), as well as providing several valid ways of contacting me (phone numbers and email addresses), the support services told me to contact "local customs", which is ridiculous because I don't even know which "local" customs I am supposed to contact. The issue changed assignees multiple times, who did not show any willingness to help solve the problem. Support services didn't even tell me what the problem with customs was. There is nothing special in this order, which should be straightforward to deliver.
