I had a hard time ordering this item. It took some persistence to get it done.
Your ordering process is terrible! I wasted over an hour trying to place my order and it kept telling me to select a state, which I had done over and over and over. I can't believe I actually persisted with the order.
It said I would receive $20 off using the code VIP20. But I guess the powers that be were not being honest.
