I foolishly booked an international flight through Chatdeal. Unfortunately after booking I realized I had misspelled my son's name on the ticket. I contacted Chatdeal to correct this simple mistake. It is now over a month since my initial contact with Chatdeal about this, and it still hasn't been fixed. I've had repeated interactions with Chatdeal customer service via email and phone. They tell me that they've been trying to contact the airline repeatedly to have this fixed but the airline doesn't respond. I find that impossible to believe, as I've had no trouble getting through to the airline's customer service line, and the airline customer service reps tell me they have no record of being contacted by Chatdeal. Unfortunately the airline will not correct the mistake on the ticket since I bought the ticket through Chatdeal. I've tried to talk to a supervisor at Chatdeal, of course the supervisor is always "busy". I have been repeatedly promised the supervisor would call me back, but so far they have not. Now my flight is a few days away and I'm afraid I'm going to get major hassles at the airport since my son's passport does not match the name on the ticket exactly.
