After selling a large shipment of calculators, I was super impressed to see the 1) almost immediate response to any questions I had, which was incredibly helpful for someone who had never done this before, 2) the quick and easy setup for payment and shipping- you just print the label they give you, attach it to a package, and take it to the post office, then payment is completed after quality check. Very smooth and great people to sell to.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you only make an order if you're going to send it- I made about 7 orders to see what the expected buy-back price would be, which may have been confusing.
Don't falsely grade your calculator- you'll probably get the same price you would have gotten if you would have been honest, all it does is delay your shipping.
Call if you need! I called Justin about 4 or 5 times and was always helped in whatever area I needed assistance in. Their number is at the top of the site
