Yobit Customer Service will not close your account under any circumstances. Abrasive and Callous. I have not accessed my account in a few years. I know the user name and password and the email I set the account up with is still valid and used by me. Despite this, 2F authentication is on and the phone I originally set it up on, I obviously don't have still (phone from 2017. It's 2021). I created a ticket asking them to reset my 2F authentication, which IS AN OPTION on their website. They responded back saying it's on me because when I set it up, google authenticator apparently showed red letters saying to write something down, which is weird, because I just set up google authenticator for something else just today and it showed nothing of the sort. I then created a ticket asking them to close my account. They responded back with "Impossible. Don't use the account". Seriously? Close the account, get rid of my personal info you skeevy $#*!s. I've attached a photo of what their response was when I asked them to close the account.
