In my experience, they tag most crypto wallets as in 'Maintenance' so you cannot withdraw most crypto. They always state that maintenance will be done soon, but in my experience, I have continually checked on my wallets weeks at a time and they were still in maintenance. I attached a photo of this. Also, when the wallet is not in maintenance you will get another excuse for not being able to withdraw. See photo. I think this is crooked.
