I placed an order on Oct 2nd. It's now December 12th. I have made numerous attempts to contact their "Support" and no one is answering. The phone number goes straight to voicemail, all of my emails have gone unanswered and I even attempt to reach out to them via DM on Instagram and I still have not been answered. The order was over 150$ worth so this very alarming. Do not buy from them.
