Terrible customer service when it comes to account issues.
Generally, homework help is very limited, with very little to almost none verification on the credibility of solutions and problem help.
They charge a ridiculous $20 a month for the "higher end" service, which is even then, very limited. The "lower end" at $15 is also terrible, with little to no more that the free version offers.
0/10 would not recommend.

Do not purchase a subscription. They do NOT care about you or your experience/needs when it comes to using their site.
