I ordered 3 separate orders from China, they all arrived surprisingly in Chicago the same day and same time considering they were orderd on separate dates. Then the next day they all were processed through the hub. The very next day only 2 of my packages arrived to my house of course. They all left Chicago and 2 went to the Saint Paul hub and then to my house. So what happened to the 3 package. LT*******CN Is the tracker number. Calling usps does nothing and they tell me package is on its way. It's been 4 days now since it left Chicago and should have scanned in somewhere. It is so frustrating to deal with this crap and trust me, the usps does not want to help find the package in any way. It's hard enough to get your international package to reach the USA, but when it does arrive it gets handed over to the usps, and then to get lost here at home. By the way this is the 4th package to go missing scince Christmas. When I called to find out where it was going after it left Chicago they won't tell you. There should be a reference number of what truck it was on and where it was headed so I could call the next hub. But no they won't tell you that. Let me guess, your employee stole it or you smashed it. Come on guys

I have had good luck in the past but, lately had two separate orders never arrive and tracking shows they never made it to the USA. Banggood at first offered a half refund on the second order and it was a 180.00 eachine. I did get them to agree to refund money so that's good of them. But my question is now I'm scared to buy any more items from them. It drives me nuts wondering what happened to the packages. Was it banggood or was it the shipping carrier. They keep telling me not to worrie and the packages will arrive. Well they never did. It's been about 2 months on the first order and 1 month and a week on the second. I have been a very loyal customer to banggood and have ordered many more items from them and hoping they actually will arrive, but this issues make me want to find another vendor to buy from. I hope banggood can understand how I feel and hope you check into packages that go missing and maybe use different shipping services. Also please start stocking more in your USA store then less likely to lose packages.

Sorry for the unhappy shopping experience.We need to explain to all the customers here that we will definately send the products according to the order list. Sometimes they may be split by the system automatically since they are in different warehouses or can not be put in a package due to product charateristic. Therefore, they will be sent in separate packages and maybe don`t arrive at the same time.We will improve our system so that customers will know about the split orders quickly.We are trying to improve our shipping service and sometimes there are uncontrolled factors that may cause longer time to arrive. What we can promise is that if there are any problems of order, please contact us in time and we are ready to offer our help.We will try our best to stock more in US warehouse and thanks for your feedback.
