Long hold times which I had to expierence a few times. I made my intial order with my wrong credit card and called right after to update it and they told me they couldn't. This is something that is very easy to do on an Amazon or Wayfair order. I ordered two chairs which I hardly used over the year. One of them totally fell apart when someone was getting up a year and 2 weeks after my order. I called them hoping they could do something (maybe a discounted replacement or replacement parts) and they kept repeating it's over the warrenty so there is nothing we can do. I was not looking for a full refund. I prefer to order from companies that are reasonable and try to work with their customers when they sell a product that falls apart with limited use in a short period of time.
