I paid for a paper. Support requested more money and writer requested more time. Both of which I obliged to. Writer didn't deliver, support refused to refund my money. Telling me that they can only refund 90% of the money cos they need to pay Writer. What I'm not understanding is what they're paying the Writer for. Not the first or second time they don't deliver but won't refund. Beware of this company. They're just a middle man. They subcontract writers and don't even check what the writers turn in or whether the writers even do the work you paid for
