Honestly, I was initially concerned because it's pretty expensive, but it seemed like the functioning end understood that it was a great deal of money and helped us a lot. The writing was clear and the material was interesting and entertaining. 99% of the time, I was happy with my paper. The stringent standard of excellence they set is VERY impressive—1% for a single, minor error in my work. Absolutely exceptionally good delivery. When I set the 3 hour deadline for the order of 5 pages, I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. It was excellent, on schedule, and had several data, citations, and illustrations. Pretty excellent.
